Coping With Shyness

A shy person is commonly perceived as less friendly, not interested, or just plain boring simply because he or she can not easily fit in social situations.

Shyness seems to be common problems among men, but there are also women who are shy and inferior. Starting up a conversation or approaching girls becomes nightmare to shy men.
